In most projects we see the first measurable movement after 4–8 weeks. For stable top rankings we realistically plan 3–6 months – depending on competition, your starting point and content.
Do I necessarily need an ongoing SEO retainer?
Not always. For smaller websites, a clean setup plus targeted on-page optimization is often enough. For growth and ongoing content work, however, a monthly retainer is usually worth it.
